Improve Health in Mozambique through Revitalization of Primary Health Care (Finished)

With this project we seek to (i) strengthen the capacities of the health sector and the population of Montepuez, Namuno and Ancuabe from the perspective of Social Determinants of Health, particularly those that influence malnutrition; (ii) implement the Alliance-CSP's research agenda from the perspective of Social Determinants of Health and the revitalization of Primary Health Care; (iii) carry out political advocacy and social and citizen transformation actions based on Social Determinants of Health and Primary Health Care, as the best model for ensuring the Right to Health.
