District health services carry out mobile brigades in Ancuabe resettlement centres with support from medicusmundi, within the framework of the humanitarian project “Improving the provision of quality health services to the displaced population and host communities of Ancuabe and Montepuez with a focus on particularly vulnerable groups”, funded by the Generalitat Valenciana.

On 17 and 19 February, medicusmundi delivered bicycles to community activists working with the organization in the Resettlement Centres in the district of Ancuabe, as part of the project "Improvement of the health status of the displaced population in resettlement centres and communities in the districts of Montepuez and Ancuabe (Cabo Delgado)", financed by the Fons Mallorquí de Solidaritat i Cooperació.

On the 28th and 29th of January, medicusmundi, in collaboration with the SDSMAS of Ancuabe, within the project “Improving the health status of the displaced population in Resettlement Centres and the host population in the districts of Ancuabe and Montepuez (Cabo Delgado)”, financed by Fons Mallorquí, visited the water sources of the Resettlement Centres of Nangumi and Nanona.

The first newsletter fromm the project “Consolidating exit routes from gender-based violence in Maputo (Mozambique)”, funded by the Catalan Agency for Development Cooperation (ACCD), is now available.

On October 29, 30 and 31, 2024, around 30 health technicians and public service managers from the Nlhamankulu Municipal District, in the city of Maputo, were trained in the use of the KoBo Toolbox, within the framework of the project “Improving Municipal Policies for People with Disabilities in Maputo”, funded by the Municipality of Barcelona.

On October 17 and 18, 2024, training sessions on financial education and microentrepreneurship were held for 30 women survivors of GBV, within the framework of the project “Consolidating exit routes from gender-based violence in Maputo”, funded by the Catalan Agency for Development Cooperation (ACCD).
